Job Summary:
The Marketing & Admin Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing promotions, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials.
Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with customers online.
Support in organizing in-store events, activations, and brand partnerships.
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
Assist in creating marketing content (posters, flyers, newsletters, etc.).
Ensure in-store branding and promotional materials are updated.
Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and marketing expenses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree or Certificate in marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Full-time role with a mix of office and fieldwork.
May require occasional travel for marketing events or store visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
