JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Business Strategy Team.
As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing Practice Solutions’ digital presence and driving customer engagement. You’ll work closely with the team to create and deliver engaging digital content, manage social media platforms, and support the creation of marketing materials.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. If you have a flair for creativity, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for social media and content creation, we want to hear from you.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
  • Experience in administrative support.
  • Welsh language communication skills.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £19,040.00-£20,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 30 per week

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters and website content updates.
  • Proactively generate engaging social media content to promote our key messages across various platforms.
  • Coordinate communication efforts with stakeholders, including managing meetings, invitations, and communications.
  • Maintain and update the stakeholder database and CRM, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Support project teams with the creation of case studies, social media campaigns, and content for promotional materials.
  • Assist in the management of online and in-person events, including logistics and attendee tracking.
  • Provide administrative support across various projects, ensuring schedules, bookings, and travel arrangements are handled effectively.
  • Collect and analyse data as part of the monthly reporting cycle, contributing to strategic communication planning.
