• Deliver engaging marketing content across our websites and email platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Build and schedule high-quality email campaigns and maintain automated email workflows.
• Create, edit, and publish website content aligned with SEO and GSO strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce web pages, landing pages, and email content that drives results.
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and is fully optimised for desktop and mobile.
• Troubleshoot and check data on the website, flagging or resolving issues where appropriate.
• Pull and summarise analytics data from GA4 and Dotdigital, providing clear and actionable insights.
• Maintain GDPR and PECR compliance across email campaigns.
• Stay up to date with best practices in email marketing, web content, and digital optimisation.
