Jomashop.com, a leading luxury e-commerce retailer, is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Brooklyn, NY team. This role focuses on affiliate marketing and partnership management, working closely with merchandising and creative teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about e-commerce, with the ability to manage partner relationships, coordinate campaigns, and analyze performance to drive results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or e-commerce marketing (internships or freelance work count).
  • Familiarity with shopping trends in fashion, luxury, and lifestyle goods.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage daily affiliate marketing campaigns, including curating and organizing promotions, sales, and featured products to share with partners.
  • Work closely with merchandising and creative teams to plan daily, weekly, and seasonal promotions based on sales trends, inventory priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Source and onboard new affiliate and brand partners in key categories including watches, fashion, handbags, sunglasses, and beauty.
  • Maintain and grow existing partner relationships to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Assist in developing new campaign concepts and promotions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Track and compile weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing results to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars to ensure all campaigns and deliverables are executed on time.
  • Support other marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
