POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies that promote Longterm Technology Services Inc.’s brand, products, and services. This role involves campaign planning, content creation, CRM management, marketing automation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably D365), marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
  • Proven success in managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.

SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, SendGrid, and Power Automate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving and initiative in learning new platforms and technologies.

    Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
