POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies within the software technology industry to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and support customer engagement. This position involves hands-on work in campaign planning and execution, content creation, CRM management, marketing automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.
The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuous learning. They will bring fresh ideas, adapt quickly to evolving digital trends, and contribute to building a measurable impact on business growth.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably D365), marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
  • Proven success in managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.

SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, SendGrid, and Power Automate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving and initiative in learning new platforms and technologies.
