Description

Digital Marketing Associate to play a key role in monitoring and contributing to all digital marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Associate will support website content updates and optimization to ensure the site remains fresh, current, and effective in generating inbound leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends, ensuring Spirit of Math maintains a competitive online presence.
Reporting Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Associate reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

Education Required

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in marketing, social media, or related areas are a plus.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with website management, content updates, and conversion rate optimization (WordPress experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and paid media campaigns.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of digital campaigns and optimize for effectiveness.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for website content.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including automation and audience segmentation.
  • Track website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to enhance user experience.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including paid search and display ads.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and engagement.
  • Support content planning and implementation to improve site performance and generate inbound leads.
  • Report on digital marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Working Conditions: (if applicable)

  • The role is based in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where priorities can shift quickly, and multiple tasks must be managed simultaneously.
  • Regular travel between campus locations will be required.
  • Occasional travel to attend external events such as conferences, content shoots, and other relevant engagements is part of the role.
