POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing & Brand Manager’s goal is to roadmap, plan, and execute omnichannel marketing across the TeeTurtle and Plushiverse brands. The role also includes community and influencer management, and implementing marketing strategies that drive organic growth and generate measurable returns.

  • Priority and Task Management: Develops logical and systemic processes to achieve goals and deliverables; visualizes required steps and identifies potential risks and roadblocks to delivery; tracks progress on tasks and reassesses priorities when needed; completes tasks on time and initiates required handoffs
  • Execution: Is attentive to details; completes tasks on time and with minimal mistakes; identifies roadblocks and risks that may impact successful accomplishment of accountabilities and actively looks for solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Advertising (required)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite; E-commerce platform (ex. Shopify); Social Media Management/Scheduling platform (required)
  • Photography & Videography Experience (preferred)
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (preferred)
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Ability to travel (est. 1-2 times per year)
  • U.S. residency
