Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Temp) plays a key role in driving engagement, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth through organic social media, email marketing, and marketing automation. Sitting within the Digital Marketing team, this role is responsible for executing high-impact campaigns, managing always-on nurture strategies, managing lead quality, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing engagement and sales readiness. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, self-motivated marketer who can prioritize across multiple initiatives, proactively promote campaigns, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities * Own and execute organic social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, and performance optimization across key platforms  * Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, event communications, and nurture programs  * Build, optimize, and scale automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot (or similar platforms)  * Manage inbound leads from digital channels (social, web, events, gated content) and ensure proper segmentation, scoring, and routing  * Monitor campaign performance across email and social, using data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and timing  * Partner with teams to ensure timely follow-up and alignment on lead quality, lifecycle stages, and handoff processes  * Maintain and optimize marketing automation and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and consistency  * Proactively identify opportunities to amplify campaigns organically, increase engagement, and extend content reach  * Support A/B testing across email and social campaigns to improve conversion and engagement rates  * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail  Qualifications & Requirements * 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing  * Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required; Salesforce is a plus)  * Strong background in email marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization  * Proven experience managing organic social media channels and growing engagement  * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills  * Ability to self-prioritize, work independently, and proactively drive initiatives forward  * Attention to detail - Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused messaging  * Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and optimizing accordingly  Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization across channels  * Familiarity with lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing strategies  * Experience supporting ABM or integrated marketing campaigns  * Knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and conversion strategies
