Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Client Services Manager will be responsible for onboarding new marketing projects and ensuring that projects are moving steadily through our team of writers, designers, client services and developers each week. The Digital Client Services Manager is responsible for managing campaigns and digital projects from initiation through post-launch project review, on time and within budget. The Digital Client Services Manager will also manage the ongoing monthly work to ensure that all deadlines are being met and clients are getting great results.
The Digital Marketing Client Services Manager is the person in charge of scoping projects, creating timelines and managing resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverable meets agency and client’s expectations. We are looking for a team player who gets things done efficiently and is able to hit the ground running. We’d also like you to have significant digital experience, preferably digital agency experience. Also we will be looking for you to review client analytics monthly, prepare monthly KPI reports and lead client calls for our IT services and manufacturing clients.
You should have command of the best practices and trends in all things digital, SEO, development, content marketing, social media marketing and enjoy working with creatives and writers. You must also have played a key role in developing and launching websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CLIENT SERVICE: Promptly addressing client concerns, building reliable relationships, and balancing effective strategies and tactical execution that deliver measurable outcomes that matter to the client’s business. Setting reasonable expectations and continuously communicating progress toward goals and managing their budget to ensure the firm’s profitability.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Create social media strategies and engagement for our agency and clients’ profiles and presence, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Google My Business. Regularly writing a month’s worth of fun social media posts and recaps of campaigns for 3-5 clients and scheduling once the posts are approved.
  • CONTENT CREATION: Writing blog posts, landing pages, web content and emails under direction of our content director. Following best practices for SEO content writing. Writing blog posts and case studies for clients in the technology, construction and manufacturing industries. Writing and testing monthly email newsletters for clients using designated design templates.
  • OPTIMIZED DESIGN ASSETS: Ability to update existing design templates, download them, share them while following instructions to compress files and maintain their quality.
  • UPDATE WEBSITES: Regularly uploading clients’ blog posts to their websites using our blog templates and instructions through WordPress and Squarespace.
  • PAID ADS: Google Ads copywriting and Google Ads monitoring and management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage assigned clients’ web design/development projects and oversee ongoing content and social media marketing plans.
  • Analyze client data, conduct regular meetings, and lead calls to review SEO outcomes and client objectives.
  • Conduct the initial kick-off call to discuss the website’s creative brief with the client.
  • Lead weekly calls to gather client feedback and relay necessary adjustments to the web development team.
  • Coordinate weekly tasks for team members, setting clear priorities to prevent overload.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on websites to guarantee functionality throughout the development process.
