We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will act as the trusted advisor for our clients—ensuring campaign excellence, relationship management, quality assurance, and proactive performance oversight. This role is a blend of client servicing, campaign monitoring, and strategic administration, designed to be a second set of eyes for senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing client servicing, customer success, or account management (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience with SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, CRM, Content Marketing, and Digital Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of performance analysis, reporting, and client-facing presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools (ClickUp, Slack, Harvest, Asana, or similar).
  • Education in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
