  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist supports digital marketing execution and content development across CIRANDA’s website, paid advertising, and communication channels. This role develops tailored content and communications to effectively promote the CIRANDA brand to multiple audiences, including customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist plays a key role in enhancing CIRANDA’s digital presence, supporting marketing campaigns, and producing impactful materials for internal and external campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Marketing & Website Support
  • Supports day-to-day website initiatives, including content updates, page maintenance, and landing page creation across CIRANDA’s digital properties.
  • Assists with the tactical execution and ongoing optimization of paid digital campaigns (search, display, social).
  • Monitors website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot dashboards; compiles reports and provides actionable insights.
  • Supports website optimization and enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT), automation improvements, SEO initiatives, and ongoing KPI tracking for traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify opportunities for digital growth and improvement.
  • Content Development & Communications
  • Collaborates with the Marketing, Innovation and Product team to develop annual content plans, content calendars, and key messaging.
  • Assists in developing the overall marketing communication strategy for CIRANDA.
  • Writes and edits content for internal and external audiences, including customer-facing materials, public relations, and sales enablement resources.
  • Develops engaging omnichannel content across print, digital, video, and presentation formats, working independently and with external partners/agencies.
  • Supports internal content creation including sales training materials, product documentation, and presentations for customer meetings and events.
  • Creates, modifies, and updates graphic assets for digital and print using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Manages brand content projects from ideation to delivery, including coordination of internal reviews and approvals.
  • Supports social media, email marketing and other marketing efforts as needed.
  • Monitors content and digital marketing trends to inform new initiatives and improve stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinates responses to media inquiries and develops scripts and talking points for leadership as needed.
  • Participates in developing the content creation budget and monitors adherence.
