GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist with up-to-date and modern design skills to craft and curate engaging content that drives conversation and supports business growth. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, constantly bringing new ideas to the table and staying ahead of industry trends. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for elevating our brand’s social media presence, managing our YouTube channel, and ensuring our participation in trade shows is seamless and impactful.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in managing B2B social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance Proax’s social media presence across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute social media and email strategies that align with Proax’s marketing goals and objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos) that resonates with our B2B audience.
  • Edit videos and create modern, visually appealing content using the latest design tools and techniques.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, especially vendors, to develop and content that highlights our expertise and industry leadership.
  • Manage our participation in trade shows and events, including registration and coordination of marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the B2B space.
  • Support the overall marketing vision with a focus on increasing brand visibility and engagement through social media.
