Job Description
You will be offered an initial internship contract of 6 months. Based on a performance review of your activities and objectives achieved over the initial period, you will have the opportunity to join us as a long-term employee
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Digital Advertising & Community Specialist to join our team and support our marketing department.
The ideal candidate should be a tech-savvy individual eager to grow in the fast-paced world of digital marketing advertising, analyse competitor strategies, connect with prospects across multiple channels and be curious about AI tools to engage and collects leads.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about Digital Advertising Channels, Customer Insights, Digital Communities and exploring cutting-edge AI solutions while building meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor how competitors interact with their communities and derive actionable insights to improve our strategies.
  • Customer and Prospect Engagement:
  • Reach out to prospects and clients to drive sales conversions or encourage positive reviews on platforms like Google My Business, Trustpilot.
  • Actively respond to and manage customer reviews and feedback across multiple platforms.
  • Social Media Performance analysis and Direct Brand Communication:
  • Data Passionate: be focus on results and KPI monitoring (META adv, Google Ads & Analytics)
  • Handle comments, inquiries, and direct communications from prospects and customers across social media and other brand touchpoints.
  • Proactively address customer needs and anticipate potential crisis scenarios by maintaining a close ear to the community.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop a strong rapport with prospects and customers, creating opportunities to enhance brand reputation and increase engagement and sales (lead nurturing, abandon chart tactics etc.)
  • Lead Nurturing through AI Tools: Manage AI-driven tools to engage and analyse leads effectively. Use insights to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and potential customer trends, proactively addressing client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong drive & personal commitment to lead and make things happen, personal attitude to work to targets in order to reach and overcome the company goals;
  • Able to simultaneously control multiple tasks and initiatives;
  • Flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations and priorities;
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Well organized, autonomous with time management and planning skills;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
