JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing with experience in the following areas:

  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus for managing web content effectively.
  • Strong skills in content creation and copywriting that resonate with target audiences , be able to make short reels and film editing .
  • Experience in e-commerce environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00-$23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to enhance audience engagement.
  • Oversee Google Ads and Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI through conversion optimization strategies.
  • Create compelling content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms that align with brand messaging.
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to inform future marketing strategies and improve user experience.
  • Be able to use Canva for basic designing and branding skills
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various campaigns to identify the most effective strategies for audience engagement.
