What you’ll be doing: Manage Shopify stores end-to-end including product uploads, collection management, merchandising, landing pages and troubleshooting Build and optimise flows across email & SMS as well as campaign sends across all brands Support SEO and CRO by optimising site content, analysing performance, running A/B tests, and implementing improvements in collaboration with external specialists (SEO, CRO, Shopify) Design email banners, web graphics, social templates and retail support materials Create and schedule social content across platforms in the form of photos, short-form video and stories for all brands ensuring it aligns with brand voice, identity and positioning Brief and review UGC creators, manage community engagement and support influencer coordination Create weekly & monthly reports on website, email and content performance with actionable insights What we’re looking for: 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing, content or ecommerce role within FMCG a plus Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, Klaviyo is desirable Experience with Shopify, comfortable managing products, collections, pages and basic theme settings Content creation skills including shooting, editing and posting as well as confidence front of camera Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities across brands Ability to analyse data and act on what the numbers are telling you Why Join Us?
