As we expand, we seek a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence, generate leads, and drive growth across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of digital marketing strategies, including social media growth, content creation, SEO optimization, and paid advertising (SEM). You will manage our online presence, produce high-quality video and photo content, and implement data-driven campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
This role offers exciting opportunities to travel across Australia and internationally, capturing dynamic content at events, field demonstrations, and in-studio productions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Growth & Lead Generation – Develop and execute strategies to expand brand reach, boost engagement, and drive sales.
  • Content Creation – Produce high-quality video, photo, and written content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • SEO & SEM Management – Optimize website content for search engines, manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and track performance metrics.
  • Community Engagement – Interact with our audience, respond to inquiries, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Data & Analytics – Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration – Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
  • Technology & Innovation – Utilize AI tools and advanced editing software to enhance content efficiency.
