Description

DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

Algonquin Architectural Products – Toronto, ON (Remote, occasional in-person)
Algonquin Architectural Products is a small, family-owned manufacturer’s representative group with over 30 years of experience in premium building products. This role will primarily focus on promoting NanaWall, a leader in premium operable glass wall systems, through digital marketing initiatives. We act as the local proxy for our brands, developing business and building awareness by engaging with architects, designers, builders, and trades.
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our email marketing, social media, and performance tracking. This is a remote freelance/contract role with minimal day-to-day supervision — you must be highly self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule, and deliver results independently. The position begins with a 3-month trial period, after which we may choose to expand responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing and social media coordination.
  • Proven track record with a portfolio/media kit (applications without this will not be considered).
  • Strong writing, content creation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, MailerLite), Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal oversight.
  • Based in Toronto for occasional in-person content capture.

BONUS SKILLS

  • Experience with SquareSpace — our website needs a major update.
