Description:
We are looking for a creative and innovative Digital Marketing Content Creator to support the Commercial team with the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects. The Digital Marketing Specialist will design and develop digital and social content, evaluate results, and optimize performance. They have what it takes to develop our digital footprint and thrive in a collaborative, challenging and action-packed environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Management
- Credentials in Digital or Audiovisual Communications, Video Editing, Advertising, Media production or similar are an asset
- Able to write and create both traditional and digital media
- Able to work with social media management platforms and lead the execution of social media campaigns
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- understands social media metrics and analytics
- Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Knowledge of SEO/content marketing including writing/editing B2B content, content research, and strategy and optimization.
- Experience in the creation of digital content (Videos, Photos creation and editing etc..)
- Able to work with Photo editing software such as Photoshop or Illustrator as well as Video edition software
- Creative and Tech-savvy
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in content development, campaign management, email marketing, analysis & reporting, and social media
- Experience using Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Klaviyo, WordPress and/or other email marketing and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of Creative video and photo editing software
- Copywriting experience is an asset
- Ability to effectively write content (text, photo captions, video scripts) that is consistent with our company’s brand identity and voice
- Strong creative eye and ability to produce visually amazing content. Bonus if you have photography, videography or graphic design experience.
- Demonstrable social analytics tools knowledge such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Facebook Insights
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically to secure coverage and generate “buzz” for your projects.
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish are an asset

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy
- Manage digital marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to continuously improve campaign design and delivery
- Develop and implement the content strategy for company digital platforms, including web, Intranet and social media (both internal and external)
- Identify and manage technical & functional updates to improve user experience and engagement
- Oversee and execute content updates to websites and digital platforms on a timely basis
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve SEO/SEM efforts
- Demonstrate collaboration, cooperation, communication and initiative in all dealings with internal and external agencies & stakeholders
- Design and initiate an email marketing strategy
- Other digital projects as required
