QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years managing local business profiles and lead messaging on Yelp, Nextdoor, or Thumbtack
  • Experience working with or supporting Yelp Ads or other local paid media
  • Strong understanding of local marketing, customer communication, and reputation management
  • Excellent written English and customer-facing messaging skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple platforms and priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. hours
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with sales or customer service teams

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience with Yelp for Business, Nextdoor Business, and Thumbtack Pro dashboards
  • Familiarity with tools like Eclincher, Podium, BirdEye, and iSpionage
  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns in collaboration with an agency
  • Background in local SEO, listings management, or local marketplace lead gen
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive local listings specialist to manage and optimize our presence across Yelp, Nextdoor, Thumbtack, and other relevant local listing platforms (such as Facebook Business, Apple Maps, and community directories). This role plays a critical part in our local growth strategy—driving lead volume, managing customer engagement, improving our online reputation, and ensuring our sales and customer service teams follow up on every opportunity efficiently.
