As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will execute the digital marketing strategy for RIZK in the Croatian and Serbian market THE WOW We are a tight-knit team responsible for everything that goes live to our customers in Croatia and Serbia. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to continuously improve the overall success of our digital marketing campaigns. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? WHAT WE EXPECT: Oversee and monitor campaigns across programmatic, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance results. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (including designers and agencies) to ensure campaigns align with branding and objectives. Provide detailed performance reports and insights. Maintain organized documentation and support daily marketing operations. Requirements: up to 3 years of experience in digital marketing Proficiency in Google and Meta Ads Knowledge of programmatic advertising is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Bachelor’s degree Proficient in Excel. Fluent in English reading and writing Must have serbian residency a Flavour Of What You'll Be Doing The main responsibilities include but are not limited to You will be responsible for coordinating Paid Media activities for RIZK Croatia & Serbia. Assuring alignment and optimization of paid media channels and agencies. Excel must be your friend.
