We are expanding into new regions and looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can take our marketing efforts to the next level by bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
We already have a highly successful in-house marketing team, including SEO specialists, ad campaign experts, and social media managers who have delivered outstanding results. Now, we need someone who thinks outside the box—a strategic thinker who can add new elements to our marketing strategy beyond what we’re already excelling at.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, improve lead generation, and position Coast2coast as the go-to First Aid training provider in Canada and the U.S. You will collaborate with our in-house team and external vendors to expand our reach, optimize campaigns, and ensure we stay ahead of the competition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that go beyond traditional methods.
Bring fresh ideas to our existing marketing strategy, complementing our current strengths.
Drive lead generation and conversion optimization to increase course registrations.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
Oversee SEO strategy and work with our in-house SEO experts to improve rankings.
Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to refine strategies.
Expand our presence to new regions, launching campaigns targeting new markets.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations) to align marketing with business goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and test new digital marketing tactics.
