This role will support the Digital Marketing team to plan, execute and report on paid digital media campaigns and will monitor and respond to digital platform trouble shooting requests, alongside other adhoc content management system tasks. The Australian Property Marketing & Digital team is part of the collaborative and high-energy Australian Corporate Marketing department. We pride ourselves on having the most innovative property and digital marketing team in the industry and value team members who contribute innovative ideas that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. The role will report directly to the Property Marketing & Digital Associate Director for Australia and have a dotted reporting line to the National Director of Marketing and Communications for Australia. To provide additional support and team culture, the role will be based in Colliers’ Gurgaon office, as an extension of the local marketing team. Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns Assist in the day-to-day maintenance, content input and troubleshooting of digital platforms including website and marketing automation systems Monthly/regular reporting on client funded marketing, email marketing and in-house digital media campaigns As needed, support invoicing and recovery of funds from suppliers Act as a guardian of the Colliers brand Qualifications Ideally you will have 2-4 years experience managing and executing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms. In addition to that you will bring: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads. An understanding of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Experience in managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend for campaigns. High literacy with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
