Your new opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and execute campaigns across social media, websites, email, and digital content to drive client engagement and business growth. You’ll take ownership of CRM strategy and marketing automation, optimise our online presence, and deliver measurable results that support business growth. Working closely with our Marketing team and the wider business, you’ll collaborate across Newcastle and Melbourne, with travel within Melbourne and occasional travel to Newcastle for team projects and events. What you'll do Manage HubSpot for CRM, workflows, automation, and campaign management Optimise our website and SEO performance, creating and updating web, event, and landing pages Grow and engage social media channels and design digital assets including video, imagery, EDMs, and paid ads Deliver EDMs, SMS campaigns, and targeted communications to segmented audiences Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and conversion using HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, and Meta Insights Share digital insights and recommendations to support informed marketing decisions Execute around 10 events annually in Melbourne, ensuring a seamless client experience What you'll bring 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or digital role (corporate experience highly regarded) Working knowledge of HubSpot, CRM platforms, and social media management Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, comfortable in a fast-paced environment Creativity in designing and editing digital content Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with trends Willingness to collaborate across locations, with travel within Melbourne and occasional travel to Newcastle
