We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a proactive approach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google. They will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing efforts across various departments, leveraging their experience to drive engagement, conversion, and brand visibility. Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Proactively identify and implement new marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with the content team to align content with advertising strategies. Support email marketing campaigns, including creating and optimizing email content. Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers for marketing partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2 or more years of experience in digital advertising and marketing. Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take the initiative in driving marketing strategies.
