Role Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution, coordinating campaigns across multiple channels to amplify our brand presence. You will manage, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring that every marketing effort is aligned with our business goals. Your creativity and initiative will help drive engagement, conversion, and long-term growth for our organization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments to maintain consistent messaging and branding. Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Proactively identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and acquisition. Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with messaging and brand strategy. Support email marketing campaigns, from content creation to optimization and performance tracking. Assist in identifying and managing influencer marketing partnerships to expand brand reach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing campaign management. Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management, multitasking, and coordination skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
