Description

ABOUT US:

At easykind, we are at the forefront of healthcare, specialising in medicinal cannabis to provide compassionate and innovative solutions for patient care. Patient care is part of our DNA, being founded by patients for patients.
We’re a passionate, goal-driven team with the mission of creating a 5-star service and the most cost-effective solution to high-quality plant-based medicine in Australia. We don’t want to be the everyday medical clinic; we bring personality and professionalism to simplify the process for our patients.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator with solid foundational skills and a strong desire to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to be mentored directly by our Head of Digital Performance and gain hands-on experience in a fast-evolving industry with massive career potential. If your passion is crafting data-driven campaigns, optimising digital performance, and elevating insights into action, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a full-time position located in Richmond.
Please note: At this time, we are unable to support remote work or candidates with Working Holiday Visas.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in digital marketing (paid ads, social media, or email/SMS), with agency or in-house experience (not only freelance).
  • Skills & Tools: Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Work Style: Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of the marketing funnel and lead generation strategies; a marketing degree is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Management: Execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Deliver performance reports and support strategic planning with the Head of Digital Performance.
  • A/B Testing: Identify and implement testing opportunities across paid channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to refine ad content using performance data.
  • SEO & Email/SMS Support: Assist with SEO execution and support email/SMS marketing via Salesforce Marketing.
