WEBSITE CONTENT & ENHANCEMENT

  • Publish and update content in Sitecore XM Cloud CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines, while continuously seeking improvement opportunities to the content or layout to optimize the user experience.
  • Proactively support website enhancements to improve navigation, usability, and conversion performance.
  • Contribute ideas for new content, features, and functionality to strengthen the firm’s online presence, while managing effective and timely delivery.
  • Receive and action web-related requests, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the requirements are clear and delivery meets and exceeds expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, including web content management, SEO, campaign support and digital marketing; B2B, B2C or agency experience considered.
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications or a related field of study; completion of a digital marketing program or AI focused certification preferred.
  • Understanding of best practices in website and email marketing design.
  • Strong ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and collaborate and communicate efficiently across distributed teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, in addition to written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective project management with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to deliver exceptional work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other firm members, with the aptitude to take care of internal clients’ needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience implementing SEO best practices and using tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Yoast.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, understanding of CSS, ideally familiar with Dreamweaver, proficient with Photoshop and familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • High level of competency with at least one content management system such as Sitecore, Wordpress, Adobe or other (i.e. proprietary and/or open source).
  • Familiarity with personalization and localization strategies for multi-region digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with work/project management platforms such as Wrike or Asana.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.); comfortable generating reports on analytics using Excel; ability to analyze raw data, compile and track analytics to surface insights and drive agile improvements.
