Responsibilities

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

You’ll be part marketer, part content pro, and part campaign quarterback—supporting our in-house marketing and account management teams with day-to-day execution. That means working inside ad platforms, proofreading campaign copy, updating websites, optimizing creative assets, and keeping marketing projects on track.
This is a hands-on, in-office role with plenty of variety and even more opportunity to grow in a high-performance environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and email marketing platforms
  • Proofread ad copy, emails, blog posts, and landing pages for accuracy, clarity, and tone
  • Create, update, and maintain website content in a WordPress environment (pages, blogs, landing pages, and homepage sliders)
  • Assist with creating simple, on-brand visual assets (social ads, email headers, display banners) using templates and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure campaigns are built on time and on spec
  • Coordinate blog content creation—help brainstorm topics, write posts, and upload to CMS
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports for client review
  • Support the marketing team with research, competitor reviews, and campaign audits
  • Keep creative and messaging consistent across all client accounts
