Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Workplace: Hybrid/Remote. This position typically requires on-site work at our office for a minimum of 2-3 days a week. However we will be accepting applications from candidates seeking fully remote positions in Western Canada.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to be part of Nimble Digital’s growing team!

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Working knowledge of additional paid marketing channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok is an asset
  • Proven ability to translate client goals into actionable and measurable campaign strategies
  • Proficient in leveraging all tools and features within Google Ads and Meta Ads, selecting the most effective options for each client and situation
  • Skilled in building campaigns and troubleshooting setup or configuration issues across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Experience evaluating campaign performance against established goals, analyzing trends, and identifying actionable insights
  • Strong decision-making skills to optimize campaign performance and improve client outcomes
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, tactics, and strategies
  • Familiarity with design and creative tools, with an eye for design
  • Knowledge of digital project management software
  • Ability to identify key opportunities or strategies for clients and develop clear, results-driven action plans
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain marketing concepts to clients in plain language, both in writing and in meetings
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Able to assimilate quickly into a fast-paced team environment
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and technologies
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
  • Develop and execute SEO tactics to support client marketing objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead and other team members to align campaigns with client goals and brand guidelines
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, strategies, and engagement tactics
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing projects are completed on schedule
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing
