Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role includes managing social media, digital advertising (Meta and Google Ads), website content, email marketing campaigns, and supporting team members with traditional marketing activities. The role involves tracking performance metrics, creating detailed reports for management, providing actionable insights, and ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives to drive growth and ROI.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary education related to Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, digital advertising, and email marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiar working with website CMS (WordPress or similar) for content updates.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure and report on campaign success.
  • Previous farming or agri-business experience is an asset.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Exceptional oral and written skills are required.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Team player – Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and monitor social media strategies across platforms.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Plan, and manage the assets for our print media buy.
  • Website Management: Update and maintain website content to align with marketing goals and improve user experience.
  • CRM Management: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and automation.
  • Marketing Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts to drive insights and continuous improvement.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing events for all departments.
