Job Description We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, Australia, for a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our digital marketing strategies for the Pullman and ibis Adelaide's Sales & Marketing Hub, ensuring our brand's online presence is strong and engaging. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms Manage and create content for social media channels, website, and email marketing Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing materials Optimize website content for SEO and user experience Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing initiatives Assist in the development and execution of overall marketing strategies Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices Contribute to the creation of marketing reports and presentations Support the team in day-to-day marketing operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management tools Experience in managing social media campaigns and content creation Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM principles Proficient in content management systems and marketing automation software Skilled in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work on-site in Adelaide, Australia Additional Information What is in it for you: ALL Heartist, Employee benefit card, offering Discounted Hotel stays, food and beverage rates and Spa treatments, worldwide - for yourself and for friends and family, across our entire network.
