Job Description The Digital Marketing Coordinator (Region and Brand Partnership ) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities outlined in the Brand Marketing Calendar to promote the digital projects of brands. This role drives the dissemination of digital initiatives, facilitates market entry in foreign regions, and manages relationships with brand partners, ensuring alignment with brand marketing strategies and sustainable business growth. The Coordinator reports directly to the Omnichannel Digital Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities Digital Coordination and Execution Coordinate and monitor activities within the Brand Marketing Calendar to support the launch and diffusion of the brands' digital projects. Manage all aspects of digital marketing (including Performance Marketing, SEO, and Direct Marketing) to facilitate the go-to-market strategy in foreign markets and with brand partners. Facilitate the adoption of appropriate tools for market development (e.g., web hooks), focusing on the scalability of selected or existing features/tools and creative assets used by Brand Digital Marketing teams. Business Development and Analysis Support the business in the growth of consolidated and new markets through the coordination of digital projects. Monitor business trends, conduct benchmarking, and analyze competition to identify growth opportunities. Provide a comprehensive overview of business performance on a quarterly and seasonal basis in conjunction with internal stakeholders. Supervise business performance, summarize its status, identify any opportunities and/or threats, and organize regular meetings with online business managers. Partnership and Stakeholder Management Manage and cultivate relationships with regions and brand partners around the digital activities (Marketplaces, E-tailers, E-concessions). Maintain alignment with the Brand Digital Marketing teams and internal stakeholders to identify new business growth opportunities. Support the regions in defining a sustainable business strategy starting from digital marketing activations Maintain relationships with brand partners and key media partners, developing synergistic strategies that align with the Brand Marketing Calendar and the Brand Digital Marketing teams. Qualifications Proven experience (3-5 years) in Digital Marketing, international Management, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail sector. Strong understanding of key digital marketing areas such as Performance Marketing, SEO, and Direct Marketing. Excellent project coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships with international regions and external brand partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor business performance, conduct benchmarking, and identify trends. Ability to support business strategy development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (required) and other languages (a plus).
