Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating content, operating drones for video capture, coordinating events, and updating website content. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing practices, strong communication skills, and excellent organization.
As the industry evolves, this role will need to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of our internal team and external clients. Below is an overview of the key responsibilities this position may take on:

Potential Responsibilities – Media Focused

• Manage social media accounts and content as needed
• Capture photo, video, and drone footage (equipment provided; license preferred - provided if needed)
• Update project media and website content regularly
• Create and manage presentations and marketing materials
• Take and organize employee headshots
• Assist with event coordination (groundbreakings, ribbon-cuttings)
• Explore and implement AI tools for content and construction applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred) and/OR experience in the field
• Background knowledge/experience in construction is a plus, but not required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of social media analytics and account maintenance
• Proficient in presentation and data tools, such as: Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, Prezi, etc.
• Experience operating drones
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
