POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Orion Lending’s digital marketing efforts. Working under limited direction, they manage and optimize the company’s digital presence with precision and creativity. Their primary focus is to create engaging content that resonates with audiences across digital channels. From crafting compelling copy to producing short-form videos and reels, they ensure every element is optimized for maximum online engagement. Beyond content creation, the Digital Marketing Coordinator builds and nurtures both internal and external communities. They engage existing audiences while developing new opportunities to drive engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring Orion Lending’s digital presence stands out among competitors. With strong strategic insight, they plan and execute content strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide guidance to the sales field on social media best practices and reputation management. They manage internal company social media channels and oversee external properties, cultivating partnerships and audience engagement. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Learning & Engagement team and other business units, they serve as a key driver of growth. As a trusted digital marketing leader, they guide the company’s efforts to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and online presence.
