About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator with a focus on paid media campaigns to help drive brand visibility, lead generation, and online sales. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing social media and Google Ads campaigns who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced, event-focused marketing environment.
You’ll help execute strategic digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other channels, while supporting our broader B2B and event marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to achieve traffic, lead, and sales goals.
  • Assist with creation and execution of B2B email campaigns promoting products and events.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and regularly test creative, copy, and formats for ad campaigns.
  • Monitor ad spend, performance metrics, and conversion rates to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with venue partners for marketing-related needs and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
  • Support pre- and post-event marketing activities, including digital communications, surveys, and performance reporting.
  • Assist with content creation for ads, email, web, and social channels to support growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track and report marketing performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g, Constant Contact) and CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing principles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience working with event-based or B2B companies.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content tools.
