Widely known as one of the most innovative companies in the specialty electrical tool industry, Rack-A-Tiers Mfg. is a Canadian manufacturer and marketer of over 100+ unique tools to make jobs easier, faster and cheaper for our customers. We sell across North America through a network of 6,000 wholesale partners, directly through our ecommerce site, and Amazon.
Our HQ is located in Victoria, BC but this role will be based out of our satellite Toronto office that includes our Marketing Manager and Head of Growth. We offer a dynamic and collaborative workplace with a great opportunity to learn and grow. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team!
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Growth with expanding our Amazon program across multiple countries, this includes:

  • Optimizing product listings: descriptions, A+ Content, etc.
  • liaising with our Supply Chain team to confirm stock availability
  • Working with our third party Amazon sellers to ensure their listings are in line with Brand guidelines
  • Buying Amazon Ads to promote key products
  • Setting up sales and promotions for retail and B2B customers

Produce, launch, and optimize paid ads on Ad Networks:

  • Writing, and editing ad copy
  • Coordinate with internal/freelance video editors to create engaging videos that demo products and drive sales
  • Set up and buy ads through Meta, Tiktok, Google Ads, and Youtube
  • Review analytics to optimize and scale campaigns at the lowest CPA’s

Optimize our automated email campaigns (via Klaviyo) including:

  • Our Customer Welcome, and New Purchaser flows and specific targeted sequences

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands on digital marketing experience
  • Excellent copywriting skills - experience writing headlines, product listings, blogs or video scripts optimized for click through rates
  • Thorough understanding of direct response marketing tactics and experience running paid traffic sources on Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, and/or Tiktok
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing data analytics tools and reporting including Google Analytics or others
  • Strong analytical and research skills, overall business knowledge, and consumer trend awareness
  • Experience with ecommerce stores on Woocommerce, or Shopify is a bonus
  • Experience with Amazon’s Seller Central is a bonus
  • Experience/knowledge of the electrical industry or even an interest in DIY projects as a hobby is a bonus
  • Graphic design experience is a bonus
