Description

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution and performance of Signature Hospitality Group’s digitally led marketing programs.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who appreciates the importance of brand building and full-funnel marketing.
You’ll be responsible for managing always-on and campaign-based digital media for the group’s house of brands (Sporting Globe, TGI Fridays, Varsity, and more to come), working closely with internal teams and agency partners to drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the group digital media strategy, while overseeing digital media channel performance across platforms such as Meta, Google Display & SEM, Uber Eats, Programmatic Video, Audio & OOH
  • End-to-end campaign execution involvement, including planning, briefing, optimisation, and reporting
  • Manage and evolve the end-to-end execution of performance-led campaigns and interventions across Paid channels, while collaborating with Owned & Earned channel owners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Digital Team, Brand Teams, Operations, Franchise Partners and external agencies to align on goals and deliverables
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach, using data and insights to continuously optimise performance and evolve the media mix
  • Align marketing tactics with business objectives and customer journeys, from awareness through to conversion and loyalty
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates and best practices to maintain an effective and market leading media mix
