Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Schedule: Mon, Tues & Thurs: In-Person 8 AM- 5 PM Wed: Remote 8 AM- 5 PM Friday: In-Person 8 AM- 5 PM About Us For more than 23 years, Knowledge Coop has delivered engaging, industry-leading mortgage education, from required CE and licensing courses to expert-led masterclasses. We make it easy for professionals and organizations to learn and collaborate through two platforms: Coop+, our B2C learning and community experience for mortgage professionals, and our Enterprise platform, which helps teams train employees, organize knowledge, and stay aligned. As part of the marketing team, you’ll help turn this work into clear, compelling content that shows how Knowledge Coop helps people learn, grow, and win in mortgage and beyond. About the Role We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to serve as the execution engine of our marketing team. While our Marketing Director and Content Manager defines the "what" and the "why," you are responsible for the "how", taking strategic briefs and turning them into polished social media posts, engaging email campaigns, and eye-catching digital assets. This is an entry-to-associate-level role, perfect for a "maker" who loves the tactical side of marketing. You are someone who thrives on hitting "publish," engaging with an audience in real-time, and ensuring that every piece of content that leaves our doors is visually consistent and technically sound. Key Responsibilities Social Media Execution & Engagement Social Calendar Ownership: Under the Marketing Director’s direction, turn monthly themes into a daily reality. You will own the build-out of the social content calendar, translating the "what" from the strategy into the "how" for each platform. This includes crafting final captions, selecting the right visual formats, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across platforms. Short-Form Production: Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe to create high-performing social tiles and edit short-form video clips (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) from our podcasts, training, and longer marketing content. Active Community Management: Serve as the brand's daily voice by moderating comments and sparking peer-to-peer dialogue. Use social listening to identify emerging trends, pain points, and audience "wants," providing actionable feedback in our monthly analytics meetings to shape future content. Content Production & "The Maker" Mindset Graphic Design: Create "quick-turn" visual assets (social media posts, blog/ email headers, and thumbnails) that align with our brand guidelines. Asset Repurposing: Take long-form blogs or podcast transcripts and break them down into "bite-sized" assets for different platforms (e.g., turning podcast quotes into a LinkedIn carousel). CMS Management: Upload and format blog posts and articles on our website, ensuring they meet the SEO specifications provided by the Content Manager. Email Marketing & Distribution (Phased Responsibility) Campaign Deployment: Once fully onboarded, you will take the lead on our email marketing execution. You will build, test, and deploy quarterly newsletters, product updates, and community announcements using HubSpot. Retention Loops: Execute email sequences designed to drive traffic back to our latest content releases and encourage daily logins to our Coop+ platform. Database Hygiene: Ensure email lists are segmented correctly and that all links, tags, and tracking codes are functioning properly before hitting "send." What We’re Looking For 2–5 Years of Experience: Ideally in a role focused on social media management, digital coordination, or content creation. Digital Native: You understand the nuances of different platforms, you know what works in a LinkedIn article versus an Instagram post versus a TikTok. Detail-Oriented: You pair a strong understanding of GSP usage with an eagle eye for technical errors. You are the person who ensures every link works and every comma is in its place before any campaign goes live to our audience. Fast-Paced Worker: You enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can produce multiple assets a day and see the immediate impact of your work. “Maker” Mindset: High-speed "Maker" skillset with mandatory proficiency in Canva to produce brand-aligned graphics. Advanced experience in CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite for short-form video editing and high-fidelity asset creation is a plus. Campaign Operations: Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM) for email deployment and list management, and HootSuite for multi-channel social scheduling, community monitoring, and engagement analytics.
