Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their expertise in digital marketing while supporting a wide range of campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, design tools such as Canva or Adobe, and a strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Manage content creation and design using Canva or Adobe tools to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maintain campaigns within Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights through data analysis and reporting.
  • Support social media management, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
