Koko Black is seeking a talented Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy and drive the success of our growing online presence.     As the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, you’ll drive the digital marketing strategy across all online channels, ensuring the continued growth and success of our eCommerce business. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that foster customer loyalty and enhance lifetime value, while also leading digital campaigns and initiatives to maximise brand performance.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM management, with a strong background in eCommerce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, SEO, social media management, and website content optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and personalisation techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience leading and mentoring a small team.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, marketing automation tools, and content creation.
  • Platform experience: Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, CDP highly regarded.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of our eCommerce business, including site content, sales performance, and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Own and optimise the CRM strategy to increase customer retention and engagement.
  • Analyse data to identify new product opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Manage customer data and ensure accurate segmentation for targeted communications.
  • Develop digital content strategies, oversee social media, and implement SEO initiatives.
