Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Marketing cum Designer to support both the strategic and visual aspects of our marketing efforts. This hybrid role combines core marketing responsibilities—such as campaign execution, content planning, and social media management—with the ability to produce high-quality design assets for digital and print use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working across various channels to strengthen the company’s brand presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong sense of design, layout, and visual composition with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to create basic animations, GIFs, or video content using Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.

Responsibilities

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement across digital platforms.
  • Manage and support social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate and support multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Create written content for websites, email campaigns, social media posts, and marketing collateral, aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for events, partnerships, and cross-promotional activities.

DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualise and design various offline marketing collaterals, such as brochures, posters, banners, and event materials.
  • Design and execute digital assets for multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
  • Oversee all artwork from initial concept to final production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Integrate monthly market and agency reporting data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand formats, such as infographics or presentation decks.
  • Take ownership of the design process: proactively present ideas, liaise with internal teams and stakeholders, and propose creative concepts that align with business objectives.
