JLUXLABEL is looking for a Digital Marketing Customer Acquisition Specialist.

JOB OVERVIEW:

JLUXLABEL is seeking a Digital Marketing Customer Acquisition Specialist to support the execution and optimization of retail and digital marketing strategies. This role involves assisting with campaign development, managing marketing assets, and gaining hands-on experience in paid media, creative asset management, and market research. You will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional departments to drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the Digital Marketing Customer Acquisition Specialist at JLUXLABEL will lead brand marketing initiatives, focusing on project management for product launches, campaigns, and partnerships. This role requires strong communication and account management skills, as the Junior Marketer will act as the key liaison between internal and external partners. Ideal candidates will be strategic, organized leaders with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, brand, or consumer goods (retail/fashion preferred).
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like SEO & Content Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media & Influencer Marketing-Organic and paid Social Media strategies
  • Experience in Later, Planoly, or Sprout Social social media scheduling and content planning
  • Email and SMS marketing Yotpo, Klaviyo, Attentive or Postscript marketing and customer engagement application
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.
  • Passion for fashion, innovation, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
