This hybrid role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while also designing engaging visual assets that bring our brand to life. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategy and creativity—capable of analyzing campaign performance one moment and producing high-impact design work the next. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing - Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels - Manage content calendars and publish across social platforms to drive engagement and growth. - Monitor and update website content; ensure SEO best practices are implemented to boost rankings. - Build and execute segmented email campaigns that align with promotions, events, and brand initiatives. - Track campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools; deliver insights and recommendations to improve ROI. Design & Creative - Create high-quality digital assets including social media graphics, email layouts, display ads, presentations, and short-form videos. - Develop print collateral such as menus, signage, event flyers, and packaging as needed. - Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and visual identity. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate business goals into compelling visuals. Collaboration & Innovation - Partner with internal stakeholders to support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns. - Research emerging digital trends, platforms, and creative tools to keep the brand current and innovative. - Contribute to brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions with a blend of strategic and design thinking. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO/SEM tools, and email marketing platforms. - Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva. - Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, etc.). - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. - Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
