POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Developer is responsible for collecting and interpreting online consumer behavior data, developing and implementing online advertising and promotional strategies, and providing website maintenance, analysis, and search engine optimization (SEO). This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, inbound traffic, and overall digital engagement. The individual should have a solid understanding of web standards and best practices, with proven experience with digital marketing platforms and strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Healthcare/hospital marketing exposure strongly preferred
  • Expertise in web content development, digital analytics, and SEO
  • Google AdWords or Analytics certification strongly preferred
  • Experience in paid search campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Proficiency in content management systems utilized for websites
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HTML, web content development and analytics
  • Ability to analyze and translate market research into actionable strategies
  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite and UX design best practices
  • Background in healthcare marketing a plus
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing services (e.g., branding, print publications, outdoor advertising, etc.) a plus
  • Experience working with digital marketing programs such as Semrush

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct data analysis to optimize website performance.
  • Implement and manage SEM, SEO, PPC, and display advertising strategies.
  • Utilize Google AdWords campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and other aspects of digital marketing to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, generate qualified leads, and overall improve digital performance
  • Enhance search engine optimization (SEO) by updating web content based on industry best standards.
  • Manage system websites, updating as necessary
  • Create new microsites, landing pages, etc. as needed
  • Oversee and manage presence on third-party websites (i.e. Healthgrades, Doximity, etc.)
  • Management of consumer-facing tools including physician search, online appointment scheduling
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the digital team to develop a strategic online presence.
  • Provide insights on competitor analysis and market research to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist with additional marketing functions as needed, including updates to internal employee app
  • Digital data analysis to draw key recommendations for website.
