Job Overview: LAWAZEM is looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand growth and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the digital landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and inspire the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Analyze key performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure integrated marketing efforts across the organization. Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth. Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Conduct market research to understand customer insights, preferences, and behaviors. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive in the digital space. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director or similar role (minimum 7 years). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in performance marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders. Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing investments for maximum ROI. Creative and strategic thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in Arabic & English, both written and spoken.
