Key Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create and publish high-quality content including Reels, Stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with the restaurant’s luxury brand.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video production, influencer collaborations, and other content requirements.
• Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, special events, seasonal offers, and dining experiences.
• Manage and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Track social media and digital marketing performance and provide regular reports.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and developments within Dubai’s hospitality and dining market.
• Respond to relevant social media engagement and help maintain a strong online brand presence.
• Work closely with the restaurant management and operations teams to ensure consistent brand communication.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Experience in fine dining, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or F&B is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta Ads, and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling, and social media trends.
• Experience working with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative agencies is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
• Dubai/UAE hospitality market experience is an advantage.
