Description

We are looking to hire Digital Marketing Executive to our growing team in Sharjah.
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Emirati Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across various online channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book (مواطِن إماراتي).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or freelance projects considered).
  • Strong understanding of major digital channels and marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
  • Previous work in a local or government-related entity is a bonus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid media.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to the UAE audience on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Manage and grow community engagement across social platforms.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts through digital campaigns.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO improvements, and content optimization.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on data.
