Who You Are As the “MagicU Wizard” - You’re a hands-on, multi-skilled operator who chats warmly with students over DMs, builds funnels in GoHighLevel, manages remote event operations, packages long-form content into sellable courses, and produces AI-assisted video. You own outcomes, move fast, and ship work that improves people’s lives. Responsibilities: • Magic Genie (student comms): 1:1 messaging, scheduling, reminders and CRM logging. • Retreats & Events (remote ops): source venues, negotiate vendors, coordinate logistics, and manage run-sheets and on-site teams via remote production. • Course Packaging & Productization: convert long-form content into modular courses and publish product pages. • Video & Social: deliver AI-assisted sizzles and short-form video; manage content calendar and community engagement. Must-have qualifications: • 2–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, events operations, content/product packaging, or similar. • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (or equivalent) — funnels, automations, memberships and CRM hygiene. • Video production/editing experience (short and long form) plus strong project execution and clear, warm communication; fluent English. Nice-to-have: • Experience running in-person retreats or large-event logistics. • Background in course design/productization or documentary editing. Compensation & performance bonuses: Base: USD $750 - $1000 per month Performance Incentives: Based on project/deliverables/sales Payment & contractor terms: Independent Contractor status only.
