Candidates Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience,
  • Experience running Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads is a must; LinkedIn Ads are a bonus
  • Can craft compelling copy and build high-converting landing pages.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to understand what the numbers say and what to do next
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and eager to take on leadership or strategic ownership
  • Agency experience or client-facing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in content creation or production is a bonu

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing campaign strategies across TikTok, Meta, Xiao Hong Shu, and emerging platforms.
  • Advising clients on campaign strategies and recommendations to drive real business results.
  • Write scroll-stopping captions, creative scripts, and stories that feel human.
  • Represent the Marketing voice during key campaign briefings and pitch presentations.
  • Evaluating and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Managing and growing key brand accounts.
